FOCUS: Reinold Guitar: Since the summer of 2007 Jacco is playing a new flamenco guitar, built by the Dutch Luthier: Edwin Reinold (Naarden, Netherlands) and he says “Edwin Reinold added an extra sound compartment inside this guitar, which together with the amazing backside (see photos above) and special wood treatments created the unique character of a flamenco guitar with distant echoes of an oud. This guitar has awakened a realm of dynamics/harmonies/melodies that inspires the search for new compositions.”
